Join Kristi as she speaks about managing a restaurant and college students with local business owner and client Jaimie Schwartzman from BuffaLouie’s in Bloomington IN. Jaimie Schwartzman grew up in Golden Valley, Minnesota. She graduated with honors from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1999 with a degree in Physical & Health Education with the aspiration to teach elementary school and coach volleyball. Jaimie moved to Bloomington in 2000, where she began substitute teaching and coaching volleyball. In 2001, she got a part time job at Buffa Louie’s and became a managing partner in 2005 because of her work ethic and ambitions. Five years later, Jaimie and her husband became the owners of one of the most iconic restaurants in Bloomington. One of her main passions is being involved in the community of Bloomington. She is involved with the Boys and Girls Club in Bloomington as well as the sororities Tri-Kappa and Delta Zeta at Indiana University.
